Laser Solder Wire Soldering Machine
Category: ssv1
Intoduction
Tin wire laser soldering is that the laser first heats the pad of the board. When the pad reaches a certain temperature, the tin wire is fed onto the pad, and the laser melts the tin wire, making the molten tin wire adhere to the pad. It adopts an exclusive wire feeding mechanism, realizes automatic wire feeding and laser output through a modular control method, and features a compact structure and one-time.
Equipment Advantage
â—† Constant Temperature Feedback System:
Utilizing a high-precision infrared temperature sensor for real-time temperature measurement. Feedback and control with an error margin of +/- 5°
â—† CCD positioning:
Dynamically monitors the soldering process with visual alignment to meet the requirements of high-precision component soldering.
â—† Coaxial motion system:
four-point coaxial alignment of laser, CCD, temperature measurement and indicator light. Effectively improve soldering efficiency and precision
Applications
â—† The machine is mainly applicable to the soldering of various THT through-hole components, special-shaped components and micro-precision special parts;
â—† Suitable for VcM motor coil soldering, FPC or PCB soldering, high-precision LcD screen soldering and other fields;
â—† Widely used in industries: mobile phones, aerospace, military industry, medical care, and automotive electronics.
